Has been working since the weekend and honestly I am ready for a day off. Pretty much. I can't wait, I was given two days off in a row and that will happen Thursday and Friday. I am looking forward to it, my feet can't stand it anymore. Ha-Ha! If only it can utter words, it would say, "I need a rest".
Hang in there, you'll get it definitely.
halfway there and before we know it, a new month has come. It's my day off today and I will be helping running errands for hubz. He is busy and he needs help. He knows that I am tired but he asked if he can use precious two hours to send some docs. Sure can, I can delay my nap time and not a problem. LOL!
I will be picking up my princess, my son will walk from school today. A beatuiful day sunny and warm my kind of day!
.
Now that I work almost always every weekend, I am not excited for the weekend to come. It feels like a work week. Yap, if you are working retail, your off days are not the same it's rotation and you'll never know when until you asked for it. That's why you need to be flexible and ready to take on that shift. I'm lucky to have that flexible schedule, thanks to my honeybond, he is always there to pick the kids up when I can't.
Hopefully it's going to be a marvelous weekend to everyone.
How fast! April is here and weather wise, it feels like summer already. We have some great weather forecast, sunny and warm and I can't wait for summer to be here officially. I am working today, kids are back to school on Monday, spring break is over. We could have gone somewhere if I had planned it earlier but wasn't really thinking through. So I have been working, and it will be great to have a little fun. Oh well, let's say summer.
Enjoy your week everyone!
Kids are off, it's their Spring Break. How I wish I have that week off as well. But nope, instead I am working 40 hrs this week. I'll take that as a blessing. Been working since Sunday and my next day off will be on Thursday. I promise the kids to have fun on that day. Go to a movie, shop and dine in.
Wishing everyone a great week ahead. Take care!
Which do you prefer financing or leasing? I know both have advantages and disadvantages but during this economic crisis leasing is more likely an advantage. It's more inexpensive and favorable. I know a couple of friends doing it and they are so happy about the outcome. They have new cars every three years, or it depends the term you have it. While checking on it cars on demand they even have it on short term like 1, 2, 3 months. This is common in the UK, short term car leasing and works out for them perfectly. I'm interested and want to know more about it.
Who doesn't want it, if it's realtively low in price I'm all for it. That's why leasing is a good choice. Check cars on demand and see why their short term car leasing programs are so successful. See why a lot of people are into leasing than financing. Get a fully understanding about car leasing, adjustable terms and the best is no long term obligation.
Yesterday was our re grand-opening and oh boy the place is amazingly beautiful. Totally different from the previous one we had, this one is so high end. It was my first time closing at the new location, I did my best but I know I forgot to do minor things but hope it wasn't a big deal. I made sure the security was armed when I closed it.
This one is fancy, some customers already came in and they are loving it! Totally!

In an effort to take advantage of the current downturn in the real estate market, my husband and I began purchasing foreclosed properties as rental units. What started as a small investment has turned in to a real business for me that I can do from home while maintaining my status as an involved stay-at-home mom! Initially we were just going to buy a few but as more and more properties have come available and we have made enough money, we have continued to invest. Now I spend several hours a day managing the properties and am thinking of expanding in to managing properties for others. I’ve begun researching business needs on T1 Long Island to determine what I need from a communications standpoint to take my business to the next level. I really enjoy property management and feel like I’ve been fortunate enough to find something I can do on a part-time basis that will contribute to our family’s finances. Plus, I am already doing it with my own properties so it should be easy to add a few more to pad my wallet!
